Our Policies

Cancellation Policy:

At Haven Barber Studio, we have a 6 hour cancellation policy meaning that clients must cancel or reschedule an appointment AT LEAST 12 hours in advance. If an appointment is canceled/rescheduled less than 6 hours in advance, there will be a cancellation fee of the full price of the scheduled service.

No-Show Policy:

If clients completely miss their scheduled appointment without notifying their barber, there will be a fee of the full price of the scheduled service.

COVID-19 Policy:

At this time, masks are not required inside of Haven Barber Studio. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, please feel free to do so and your barber will also wear a mask while performing your service. We are following updated CDC guidelines and are doing everything in our power to provide a clean and safe environment for our clients.
