Tyler founded Haven in his hometown of Wilmington, MA, and built it around precision, professionalism, and a real consultation before every cut. With over 15 years in barbering, he now runs his education platform from California, teaching barbers technique and how to build sustainable careers. Tyler no longer takes appointments in Wilmington.
Dom Gallo
SENIOR BARBER
Dom is the barber to book for precision scissor cutting and longer, textured styles, and he's just as sharp on short work. He has 6 years behind the chair, nearly 3 of them at Haven, and his appointments are calm and detail focused. Outside the shop he's with his family and a crew of pets that includes dogs, ducks, and reptiles, or out skateboarding, snowboarding, or working on cars.
Brandon Gostanian
SENIOR BARBER
Brandon has more than 10 years behind the chair and is one of the barbers Haven trusts with any haircut, from precision scissor work on medium and longer hair to crisp bald fades and beard detailing. His appointments are laid back and consistent. Outside the shop you'll find him at live shows, traveling with his wife, or gaming with friends.

JUNIOR BARBER
Los is the barber to book for fades, tapers, and sharp short haircuts. He has 5 years behind the chair and a reputation for clean, precise detail work, and his appointments are easy and relaxed. Outside the shop he's snowboarding, at concerts, traveling, or trying a new restaurant.
Alex Show
JUNIOR BARBER
Alex is a dependable choice for everyday haircuts and detailed beard work. She takes her time, remembers her clients, and makes sure you leave with a cut that fits how you live. Outside the shop she's into music, yoga, tennis, and pickleball, and she can tell you where to find good Mexican food.
